The laptop comes with all original parts and items from the original box packaging, as well as a blue neoprene sleeve (similar to the photo). Before the extended warranty expired, the computer had a complete system restore, received a PC tune up, and has an additional battery (as backup). Within the past couple months, I took it for an additional check up to make sure it was in proper working order for a buyer.
